Once Again.....

Cleveland is going through a bad start of season. People want to get on LeBron and company and say they not making the NBA finals again. They say they are too old not good enough to go through the eastern conference. Most of these are the people that want to see LeBron fail, but some of the “experts” on slots channels have been trying to doubt that Cleveland can make the finals again. I just don’t understand why people cast doubt on Cleveland knowing that they are going to the finals barring any catastrophic injury.

One of the reasons I have Cleveland in the NBA finals in 2018 is because the Eastern conference isn’t all that good to be honest. Right now you can’t even tell me who’s the second best team in the Eastern Conference. Everyone thought it was going to be the Boston Celtics and they still might be, but that big injury to Gordon Hayward will make it hard for the Celtics to be be the definite second best team. Kyrie Irving is doing his best to lead his new team this season and he’s looking good doing it. Do you really think they can beat the Cavs in a 7 game series? Ask yourself that.

Another reason for the Cavs early season struggles is that their second best player hasn’t played yet. Isaiah Thomas who was 5th in the NBA MVP voting last year was traded to the Cavs in a blockbuster trade during the off-season. He had surgery on his injured hip and has been out. When he comes back you should see improvement in the Cavs play because he’s that good of a player and it gives LeBron another ball handler to take the pressure off of him.

The last reason I have is LeBron James is still healthy and playing at a high level. The hate of LeBron is at an all time high but he’s still the best player in the NBA. He still looks like the same person that led his teams to the NBA finals the last 7 years winning 3 times. The Cavs will almost certainly make the NBA finals again making it 8 straight years that LeBron has made the NBA finals. Going to the NBA finals is an amazing accomplishment, going 7 times in a row? That’s insane. LeBron looks like he’s ready for playoff basketball. That usually means a trip to the NBA finals for the team he’s on.


Do you really think that the Cavaliers aren’t making the NBA finals, or do you WANT them not to make the NBA finals.

The person that’s recording is prolly going to put it on social media to show off. 2017 Warriors vs. 2001 Lakers?

The Golden State Warriors as currently assembled are probably the best team in NBA history. They have the most likely the two best shooters in NBA history in Stephen Curry, and Klay Thompson. They have a great defender in Draymond Green that can guard anyone on the court basically, not to mention Green makes plays for the Warriors on offense and is a great leader for them. Then they have Kevin Durant who’s easily the best scorer in NBA this generation. He’s seven feet tall and can handle the rock with such grace you wouldn’t think he’s actually 7 feet. They have a do it all player in Andre Iguodala who does everything for the team. A lot of people are saying this team will beat any team in a 7 game series. I’m here to dispute that claim. The 2000-2001 Los Angeles Lakers were an all time great team. They featured Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal and a perfect cast of role players around them. Anthony Davis THE MAN.

This NBA season has been full of incredible story lines, but one story seems to being overshadowed a little too much. Anthony Davis is a superstar basketball player. People are seeming to overlook that saying he's just a star because he hasn't won any playoff games, or they say he hasn't won any awards and things like that. The playoff wins are a bad point to me, to win a playoff series win the team he has currently constructed is comparable to the teams that Kobe Bryant, Allen Iverson and Lebron James carried respectively. Those teams needed real life superstars to make it to the playoffs. Anthony Davis to be is not getting a fair shake to me in terms of being a superstar. He's has been dealt a bad hand overall. He has played on bad teams his whole career. The only thing I can hold against him is that he gets injured a lot. He has missed a lot of a games with a lot of injuries over his career.
